On behalf of the SKILLS Foundation, I would like to welcome you to our site. Our foundation is dedicated to Supporting Kids In Living and Learning Successfully. The SKILLS Foundation Board of Directors is a partnership of business professionals, parents, school administrators, civic leaders, police, and city personnel.

As a long time community member, I am very aware, as I am sure you are, that our children are our future. We have a great city and our organization wants to provide our children with every opportunity to make a positive contribution to society and our community. We accomplish this by providing after school programs, which help the transition time from the end of school until mom and dad get home. One of our most popular programs is Friday Forum, which is a dance and social program for middle school kids.

Our organization operates through donations and grants. We are always looking for financial assistance and/or volunteers to help with our many programs. If you are interested in helping shape our community’s future, please contact us and let us know how you would like to help.
