For over twenty-five years, the SKILLS Foundation has been dedicated to providing quality programs for Whittier's youth.  We hope you take this opportunity to learn about our organization and the community programs we provide.

This is a public notice that EWCSD intends to  submit an application to the California Department of Education for the 21st Century Community Learning Center grant to provide afterschool and enrichment programs at Orchard Dale Elementary School.
